How do I collect the sample?
Empty your cat's litter box and place the included liner in it. Pour the included Litter and/or Sand. Wait for your cat to use it. Use the eyedropper to transfer urine to the collection tube.
How accurate are the results?
We run the same instruments and tests that your veterinarian uses, so the results have the same accuracy as if you gave them a sample.
How long will my results take?
Results are usually ready within 1 business day of the lab receiving the sample. Culture and Sensitivity results take an additional 2-4 days.
Do I need to refrigerate the sample?
Yes, store the sample in the refrigerator until you ship it. If a cold pack is included with your kit, put it in the freezer overnight. Send the frozen cold pack with the sample to the lab.
